XML FeedsHelm cannot get list of email accounts from hmail server

HMail server appears to be working without problems but I cannot add a new email account or alias and cannot get a list of existing email accounts through the helm control panel. All existing email accounts are working normally though and can be accessed via the webmail (squid in this case).
The solution was simple. The administrator password on the hmail mail server had been changed but not on the helm control panel. Go to
helm system -> servers -> yourserver -> services ->hmail
and update your password!
