I recently setup parallels helm for a small hosting company.

I came across a very strange problem. I could not record bandwidth and space usage.

I was able to resolve it by doing the following steps

1) go to system/schedule tasks and setup the following

- a system/system/GetBandwidth task (run it once every few hours)
- a system/system/GetDiskspace task (run it once every few hours)
- a system/system/RefreshUsage task (run it once every few hours)

2)
Amend the log recording on IIS (web and ftp) to make sure it logs bytes sent and received

Amend ms ftp to record bytes sent and receive in the logs

3)Go to plan templates and amend the collection settings for IIS and FTP.

wait for the tasks to run and you should finally see some info there!
